LandNet Rwanda first Annual Meeting for 2011
KIGALI
The first LandNet Rwanda Annual Meeting for 2011 is scheduled on 27th of January from 9.00am up to 1.00pm. The meeting is held at the conference room of Hilltop Hotel Remera to review the 2010 work plan and achievements made by the network and also to identify a new work plan for 2011.
Furthermore RISD Director, Annie Kairaba, will give a short presentation about the process of the African Land Policy Framework and Guidelines (ALPFG) and the Rwanda National Land Centre will give members an update about their planned activities.
LandNet is an Africa-wide network that brings together policy makers, academicians and civil society on a round table to work on land related issues. These issues are especially related to land policy, including dispute management and mitigation. Currently RISD hosts the Rwanda Chapter of the network as the coordinating agency
